Overrated Stay with Reception Issues
gym noiserude staff
I booked a two-night stay. It was cut short by rude male reception staff. They assigned a room above the gym (even though quieter options existed). The constant gym noise really ruined any chance of rest. They also tried to charge extra for my child's breakfast (Agoda stated kids under 12 eat free).

The breakfast had beautiful golf course views. The rooftop restaurant was also lovely. I found the rooms and bathrooms very nice. The pool area is great, with excellent leisure facilities.
The air conditioner kept malfunctioning (it was quite hot).

Mixed Experience Due to Reception Issues
gym noiseunprofessional attitude
I booked a two-night stay (through a third-party platform) and encountered issues with the male reception staff. Despite quieter rooms being available, I was given a room above the gym. Constant gym noise became disruptive. The staff made me change rooms the next day to an even noisier location further away (avoid rooms above #120!). The rest of the staff, especially in housekeeping and the restaurant, were great.

the gym WAS great. it included various equipment for a full workout. I also appreciated the quick check-in. the manager, babar bahi, ensured our room was ready early.
the room i received was at the end of the floor. it took a WHILE to reach the elevator with my child. i also noticed the heater did not function well. the room became very cold during the night.
